This soft shell tactical jacket represents a blending of the technical fabrics and technology used by the outdoor industry with design optimized for law enforcement officers. It will keep you warm and dry in all but the coldest weather while still allowing quick access to your side arm.
The soft shell tactical jacket gets its name from the soft -feel, quiet exterior material that is wind-proof and highly water resistant. Inside, a flee lining provides additional warmth. In terms of comfort, functionality and appearance, it is night and day above and beyond the shiny nylon flight jackets that are still used by many agencies.
The tactical soft shell features waterproof zippers, including a dual front zipper that you can adjust from the top or bottom to allow you comfortably sit in your vehicle or to provide easy access to items on your duty belt. There are also holster access zippers on either side of the waist that can be zipped around most duty holsters to provide easy access to your weapon, regardless of whether you are right or left handed.
